How does pick-up and drop-off work?
Our doors open for morning supervision at 7:45. Student's arriving before school wings open should go to our cafeteria where we provide morning supervision. Our academic wings follow the below schedule.
K4-3rd Grade: opens at 8:20, school starts at 8:30, and is dismissed at 3:00.
4th-12th Grade: opens at 8:05, school starts at 8:15, and is dismissed at 3:15.
Pick-up at the end of the day will look different this year in an effort to minimize contact. Go to our covid19 page (click about>covid19) to see a video explaining pick-up procedures for our K4-3rd grade classes. This video is also available on our app under he covid19 tile.
Does the school serve hot lunch?
Yes! Mrs. Jaunzemis runs our hot lunch program monday-thursday each week. You can find the lunch menu on our school calendar HERE or through your FACTS family portal. Many Fridays will also have a hot lunch available but will served by a fundraising group.
How do I pay for lunch?
Lunch accounts are pre-paid through your FACTS family portal. Log in using your credentials and our district code (cal-oh) and navigate to the financial tab at the bottom left. There you will find a link where you can pre-load your child's lunch balance. You can also pre-order lunch through your family portal.

Families will register for sports and pay the appropriate athletic fee within the online registration ($25 for CCS student per sport and $75 for part-time or homeschool student per sport). Athletics generally follow the below timetable...
Fall Season: Registration is open from May through late July. Register in May or June to save $10. Youth soccer practices typically begin at the end of July. JH and High School sports typically begin early August.
Winter Season: Registration is open throughout October. Winter sports typically begin in early November.
Spring Season: Registration is open throughout February. Spring sports typically begin in early March.
Parking at the school
K4 families will park in our smaller north parking lot and walk their student in where they will be signed in and out at the end of the day. K5 through 12th grade should enter our larger south parking lot. Cars only intending to drop off should follow the U shaped drop off path to help keep everybody moving. K5-3rd can pull up to the main entrance doors to drop students off. 4th-12th grade students can exit near the basketball courts. Please do not drive through the basketball courts or around the building, students walk in those areas during our schooldays so those areas are off limits.
