The Journey to Become a Spartan Starts Here

 

Please click the green link below titled “CCS Admissions” to be directed to our online admissions portal.  The 3 steps to our admissions process are detailed below.

1. Create account and complete online application
2. New family interview with the Head of School
3. Parents finalize online enrollment through their FACTS account 

Apply Online

Our new student application is the first step to take towards becoming a Spartan. Calvary Christian School requires a recommendation from your church that will be completed within the online packet.

If the student is transferring, the current school will be advised to send a summary record that includes an IEP report (if applicable), report cards, standardized test scores, copy of birth certificate, etc.

 Interview

Once the application has been submitted, you can schedule your CCS Visit & Interview. The interview will be conducted in person at Calvary Christian School with the student and at least one parent attending.

If all admissions requirements are satisfied, the CCS Office will notify the parent that the student has been accepted as a new student!

 Enrollment

Newly accepted families will receive an instructional email detailing the final step which is enrollment. Families will log into their new Calvary family portal account to complete this step. Enrollment is finalized when the enrollment packet has been submitted.
