The Journey to Become a Spartan Starts Here

 

Please click the green link below titled “Apply Online” to be directed to our online admissions portal.  The 3 steps to our admissions process are detailed below. 

1. Create an account and complete the online application.

2. New family interview with the Head of School.
     (Steps 1 and 2 are interchangeable. Feel free to schedule Family Visit before you apply.)
 
3. Parents finalize online enrollment through their FACTS family portal.

Our new student application is the first step towards becoming a Spartan! This application has a $125 application fee upon submission. The CCS admissions team will evaluate applications based on the mission of the school and the student's academic needs.

Family Visit

Once the application has been submitted, you can schedule your CCS Family Visit. The interview will be conducted in person at Calvary Christian School with the student and at least one parent attending.

Enrollment Packet

If all admissions requirements are satisfied, the CCS Office will notify the parent that the student has been accepted as a new student!  Newly accepted families will receive an instructional email detailing the final step, which is enrollment. Families will complete this step in their new Calvary family portal account. Enrollment is finalized when the enrollment packet has been submitted.  We ask that this packet is finalized within 14 days.

Waitpool Policy

Calvary Christian School has been blessed with growing enrollment and an increased amount of applicants every year. We value our small class sizes and low student/teacher ratio. Calvary has developed the following process for any family pursuing enrollment in a grade level currently at enrollment capacity:

Applicants must complete the entire application process including:

All application forms, recommendation forms, any academic support documentation, application fee, and all necessary transcript information

An in-person interview with acceptance

Upon acceptance, families will be notified that they have been accepted, but cannot be enrolled until space becomes available for their child/ren

The Calvary office will notify families in the wait pool that they have been selected on a per-student basis as seats become available.

Upon selection, accepted families have two business days to complete online enrollment.

Families in the wait pool receive the same non-discrimination status as all families in our school.
