Family Visit

Embarking on your journey to become a Spartan is a momentous and exciting step, and one of the most crucial parts of this journey is your Calvary Family Visit. This special visit, held in person at Calvary Christian School, will be a heartwarming experience where you'll be joined by at least one parent and the Director of Admissions, Ben Moore. Mr. Moore will share his passion for Calvary, giving you an intimate look at what it truly means to be part of the Calvary family.

Application

Taking the first step towards becoming a Spartan begins with our new student application! This is your gateway to a vibrant and inspiring journey at Calvary. Our dedicated Calvary admissions team carefully evaluates each application, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and a deep understanding of the student's unique academic needs. We are excited to see how you will thrive in our dynamic community and look forward to walking this path with you.

Your Adventure Starts Here

Enrollment

Once all admissions requirements are met, the Head of School will joyfully notify parents that their child has been accepted as a new Spartan! This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for your family at Calvary. Newly accepted families will receive an instructional email outlining the final step: enrollment.

You'll complete this final step through your new Calvary family portal account, bringing you closer to becoming an integral part of our vibrant community. Enrollment is finalized once you submit the enrollment packet, which we kindly ask to be completed within 14 days. We are thrilled to welcome you into the Calvary family and look forward to embarking on this extraordinary journey together!

Calvary Christian School has been blessed with growing enrollment and an increased amount of applicants every year. We value our small class sizes and low student/teacher ratio. Calvary has developed the following process for any family pursuing enrollment in a grade level currently at enrollment capacity:

Applicants must complete the entire application process including:

 - All application forms, recommendation forms, any academic support documentation, application fee, and all necessary transcript information

 - An in-person interview with acceptance

Upon acceptance, families will be notified that they have been accepted, but cannot be enrolled until space becomes available for their child/ren

The Calvary office will notify families in the wait pool that they have been selected on a per-student basis as seats become available.

Upon selection, accepted families have two business days to complete online enrollment.

Families in the wait pool receive the same non-discrimination status as all families in our school. This statement reads, “Calvary Christian School admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs."
