SAVE YOUR SPOT FOR NEXT YEAR!


Calvary Christian School offers Continuous Enrollment to our families to streamline the process of moving students into the next school year. If you are currently attending K4-11th grade, you have a guaranteed spot next year if you follow these easy steps.

On Monday, March 3rd , we will place a non-refundable $100 per student charge on your family’s FACTS account. You will have until Friday, March 14th to pay the fee or contact the office to withdraw your student for the 25-26 school year. If you need to make a payment plan, please contact the school office at 937-599-4879 and talk to Abby Roell or email her at aroell@calvarybellefontaine.org.

While there is no “Re-enrollment” packet to fill out, we do need some updated information on a few forms each school year to serve your family better.

In addition to these forms, there will be changes to what the school must have for medical conditions and for prescription medications. Feel free to reach out to katewilletts@calvarybellefontaine.org with any questions. She will be sure to send out information regarding the changes. In addition, a health tile for the CCS app is being built which will house all instructions and forms that will be needed.

Please note, that if any information changes at any point in the new school year, please make sure you return to these forms and make the proper changes to provide the school with the most up-to-date information.

How to Complete the Annual Forms 24-25: 
1.    Log in to your FACTS Family Portal in the App or on the top menu of the website.
2.    On the drop-down menu, select "Web Forms" under "School"
3.    Click on "Annual Forms 24-25" 
4.    Complete one "Church Recommendation Form" per family (Please list all student names in the form)
5.    Review and update all other forms for each student to ensure the school has accurate and up-to-date information.
