At Calvary Christian School, we are committed to making the Continuous Enrollment process as seamless as possible. This policy ensures that your student’s place at Calvary Christian School is automatically reserved for the upcoming school year. Below are the details of the process, important deadlines, and next steps. 


Continuous Enrollment (March 1st-14th)


Key Dates and Actions
1.    Enrollment Charge for the following year- $150/ Student 

  • On March 1st, a $100 per student charge will be placed on each family's FACTS account. This fee secures your child’s enrollment for the upcoming school year.
  • To qualify for the $50 early bird discount, families must pay the $100 reduced fee on FACTS and complete all required webform updates by March 14th. After the 14th there will be an added $50. (If you need extra time to pay, you may contact the Financial Department at financialaid@calvarybellefontaine.org before March 14th and still receive the discount.)

2.    Webforms Updates
       By March 14th, families must complete and update the following webforms. (directions below)

  • Pastor Recommendation
  • Demographics
  • Medical Information

3.    Scholarship Renewal
       Families applying for scholarships should submit all renewal documentation during this period.

  • Ed Choice Renewal – Renewal instructions are found here.
  • Jon Peterson Renewal – Renewal forms are available in the office on 3/1/25.
  • Facts Financial Aid – Apply Here.
  • SGO Scholarship – Apply Here.


How to Complete the Annual Forms
1.    Log in to your FACTS Family Portal using the app or the top “Parents” menu in the above top menu. 
2.    From the drop-down menu, select "Web Forms" under "School".
3.    Click on "Annual Forms 25-26".
4.    Complete one Church Recommendation Form per family (please list all student names in the form).
5.    Review and update all other forms for each student to ensure the school has accurate and up-to-date information.


Completing the Process
       To secure your child’s place and take advantage of the early bird discount, the following steps must be completed by March 14th:
1.    Pay the $100 fee on FACTS or reach out to the Business Office and arrange a payment plan.
2.    Complete and update all required webforms.
3.    Submit scholarship renewal forms, if applicable.


Families who do not meet the March 14th deadline will be charged the full $150 per student and may experience delays in scheduling or scholarship processing.


Class Scheduling 7th-12th grade students will have an assembly with Mrs. Wylie and Mr. Moore on March 3rd to discuss scheduling for next year and preliminary choices will be turned in to Mrs. Wylie by 14th. Final Scheduling will be done after Mrs. Wylie meets with students and parents. 

  • 7th-12th grade students must schedule their classes with our Guidance Counselor, Jen Wylie
  • 7th–12th grade students can schedule an appointment in the Calvary App under the Guidance Tile. 
  • 5th–6th grade BAND students can simply email jwylie@calvarybellefontaine.org  with Name, Grade, and Instrument that they would like to play.
