Biblical Worldview: Possesses thinking that is informed by scripture.

• Romans 12:2 - “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
   

Grit: Demonstrates perseverance and passion.

•  James 1:2-4 - “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

Authentic: Is genuine about their walk with the Lord and seeks growth.

• Philippians 1:6 - "Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
   

Humility: Willing to serve as God leads.

• Philippians 2:3-4 - "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others."
   

Equipped: Possesses the skills and habits to succeed.

• 2 Timothy 3:17 - "So that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."
   

Effective Leader: Affirmed in their identity as a child of God. Has a positive influence with others.

• 1 Timothy 4:12 - "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."
